We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer experienced in the process of enhancing customer satisfaction with a product by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with customers, product managers, and engineers to deliver digital designs that empower intuitive, powerful workflows
  • Create whatever is needed to communicate, from lo-fi whiteboard sketches to beautiful mockups to interactive prototypes
  • Participate in customer research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc. to inform
    design and requirements
  • Identify, build, and employ reusable design patterns using best practices
  • Communicate warmly with external project team members and customers
  • Understand the convenience store/quick service restaurant industry and how to apply the capabilities of cutting-edge web app technologies to it
  • Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies, and of wireframing tools
  • Visual Design & Product Design experience
  • Proven talent of creating user friendly designs that are intuitive and in line with usability and visual
    design principles
  • Expertise in user testing and validation of designs
  • Experience with Canva and WordPress
  • Appreciation of beautiful digital food marketing and how it is applied differently to various mediums (i.e. Facebook, TikTok, Mobile App, etc.)


  • Be passionately curious
  • Add creativity, vision, and ideas beyond what is asked to exceed customer expectations
  • 2+ years of experience with in-depth user experience and design required
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization
  • Technical and analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and problem solving
  • History of success with multiple complex on-going projects
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently with very little instruction or supervision
  • Proficient in process flow creation using software tools
  • Proficient in collaboration software tools
  • Strong presentation skills highly desirable especially over remote formats (I.e., Zoom)
  • Strong collaboration skills. Experience with conducting discovery and user interviews
  • Demonstrates that privacy and confidentiality is a priority to protect each customer’s brand interests and goals
  • Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.


  • Skills with PDI Enterprise Technologies, NCR Radiant Point of Sale, and 3rd Party Delivery Logistics Platforms (i.e., Door Dash, Grub Hub, Uber Eats)
  • Demonstrates initiative and self-directs work
  • Skilled with marketing technology platforms
  • Proficient PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point are required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
