HOW YOU’LL HELP US INNOVATE (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

We are seeking an Associate Director – Pricebook and Revenue Management experienced in the process of optimizing our customers pricing systems across multi-channel platforms including in store as well as both 1st and 3rd party online.  We are looking for strong experience and skillset with PDI pricebook along with a creative ability to optimize product and margin performance.  Understanding the pricebook system and reporting is essential, but your value will be appreciated beyond that from your creativity in leading change across channels to yield performance beyond expectations.   

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with customers and partners to deliver projects on time and beyond expectations
  • Communicate warmly with external project team members and customers  
  • Understand the convenience store/quick service restaurant industry and how to apply pricing to personalized offers and continuously growing channels  
  • Appreciation of beautiful and organized pricing databases
  • Provide pricebook maintenance and export/edit to various marketing channels

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Be passionately curious
  • Add creativity, vision, and ideas beyond what is asked to exceed customer expectations
  • 1+ years of experience with PDI Pricebook
  • Understanding of cost, retail, promotional retail, mix/match, and recipe items in a PDI software environment
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization
  • Technical and analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and problem solving
  • History of success with multiple complex on-going projects
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently with very little instruction or supervision
  • Strong presentation skills highly desirable especially over remote formats (I.e., Zoom)
  • Demonstrates that privacy and confidentiality is a priority to protect each customer’s brand interests and goals
  • Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.

  • Skills with NCR Radiant Point of Sale, 3rd Party Delivery Logistics Platforms (i.e., Door Dash, Grub Hub, Uber Eats), and digital customer menu ordering programs including (i.e., NCR, Verifone, Toast, Bite)
  • Demonstrates initiative and self-directs work
  • Proficient PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point are required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
